Il s?agit donc de pratiquer 10 a 20 minutes chacunes de ces activites durant 1 a 2 heures, et ensuite de prendre le cours normal de notre journee metro-boulot-dodo.L’important c’est de pratiquer des activites que vous aimez et qui correspondent aux objectifs que vous vous etes fixe.Ex; apprendre a dessiner, avec des video c’est plus pratique qu’un livre.Vous ne pouvez pas tout faire dans un rituel matinal.De creer un rituel avec des moments vraiment pour soi c’est surement tres benefique.Oui je pense que pour l’aspect ??apprentissage.J’essaye de mis mettre, mais cette semaine de vacances c’est complique.Votre blog est une tres belle source d’inspiration; Merci.A partir du moment ou j?ai commence a appliquer cette methode, tout cela a change.Des la semaine prochaine, en reprenant le rythme du travail, ca devrait etre plus aise.
